Councillor Mike Colle has organized an "Ice Cream Drop-By" on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the St. Clements - Yonge Parkette in support of the Uptown Yonge Community, local small businesses and Daycare Centre.
