Avenue Road – Lawrence Proposed Devlopment

There is a proposal for a massive redevelopment at Avenue Road and Lawrence. It would include residential towers of 47 and 35 meters (10 and 13 storeys), with 455 residential units and retail. The City is conducting a Virtual Community Consultation Meeting on October 22, 2020 from 6:30-8:00 pm. Details can be found here.
