The Master Plan has four priority areas.

Priority 1:

• North/South pathway from Eglinton to Roselawn
• Dog off-leash area
• Skateboard Stop
• Garden Beds
• Central Plaza area with water feature
• Shade structures
• Improvements to the existing stairs to Oriole Parkway

Priority 2:

• Eglinton Forecourts
• Retaining Walls
• Garden Beds
• Basketball Court
• Park Signage

Priority 3:

• Roselawn treed forecourt
• Improved baseball diamond
• Mini soccer fields
• Berm/natural bleacher

Priority 4:

• Seating overlooking existing rinks and courts
• Shared roadway
• Café spill-out zone at Community Centre
