We have learned from the City that:
* Construction work for the Phase 1: Implementation Project is set to commence in mid-Fall 2024.
* Phase 1: Implementation (Dog Off Leash Area, West Stairs, Central Gathering Area, new walkways and site furnishing and Indigenous Placekeeping) is complete and a contractor has been hired.
