Wednesday April 8, 2026, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm there is a City-led Community Meeting, where you will have a chance to learn about the proposed development application at 479R, 485, & 487 Duplex Avenue.  This proposal is for an Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment proposing a 40-storey residential building. The building will provide a total of 524 residential units, 112 parking spaces; as well as 536 bicycle parking spaces.
