One of the biggest developments impacting the ARECA area is what will be re-developed on the massive site on the south-west corner of Yonge and Eglinton.  It is where the "old" bus bays are and the Canada Square development which will be completely re-built.

A working group, including representation from ARECA has met numerous times and on October 13th from 6:30 - 8:30 pm, the City will be conducting a Community Consultation Session to gain more input.
