PROPOSED for 346 Eglinton Avenue West (at Avenue Road) UPDATE - November 17, 2016 Pre-hearing at the OMB - October 12, 2016 Councillor Carmichael Greb is opposed. ARECA is opposed. The City will be fighting this at the OMB as will ARECA. More information about the proposal here. The City is implementing a mandatory water meter program although there is no time-line yet available and is being rolled out by Ward. More details here. The City has provided us with some "FAQs" that range from rooming houses to when you need a permit and a host of things in between. You can view this either in Word or as a PDF. There have been articles in the news regarding the Emerald Ash Borers and the devastating effect they are having on true ash trees. More details here.	ARECA has learned there is a proposed development for 117-129 Roselawn Ave. While it is yet known as to what the development involves, it has been put forward by UrbanQuest Inc.
